What we arrange
Book everything or only the parts you need: each service is priced and sold separately. Below, each one comes with the details we check before we put it in a proposal.
The whole group on the same flights where possible, with baggage that matches the trip. We check everyone in and send the boarding passes.

Sample programme
An example of how we plan a congress trip. All three congress days stay free for work. Choose a day to see how it is put together.
Day 1 · Tuesday
Everyone flies together. A minibus is waiting at arrivals, and the hotel is five to six minutes on foot from the congress centre.
Day 2 · Wednesday
The free day before the congress. One long, unhurried route instead of five rushed stops.
Day 3 · Thursday
The restaurant is fifteen minutes away by car, so the group does not walk for fifty. A minibus takes everyone there and back.
Day 4 · Friday
Congress organisers usually hold their own gala. We find out which evening it is and keep it free in our programme.
Day 5 · Saturday
A private yacht for the group only. The marina is thirteen minutes on foot from the congress centre, so people walk straight from the last session.
Day 6 · Sunday
An early flight means an early minibus. Check-in was done the day before and every traveller already has a boarding pass.

For trips where you only need a room. Our invitation-only hotel club offers rates below the main booking sites for the same room and dates. It runs as a mini app in Telegram. A WhatsApp bot is on the way; until then, message us there and we’ll send you a personal link that opens in your browser.
Access is by invitation code. Ask for one in either chat. The saving depends on the hotel and dates, and you see the final price before you pay.

How we work
Most problems on a group trip come from a detail nobody verified. These are the habits that keep ours out of trouble.
“Near the venue” means a number. In our proposals a hotel is “5 minutes, 350 metres” from the congress centre, taken from the map and not from the hotel’s brochure.
Flights, hotel and each part of the programme are priced separately, so you see what everything costs and can leave a part out. Services are prepaid before departure; on site people pay only for what they choose themselves and any city tax the hotel collects.
If the organisers announce a gala on the night of our dinner, we move the dinner. Programmes are revised as often as the schedule changes.
You write to Aleksandr Berg, who built your programme and holds the bookings. The same contact works before, during and after the trip. Most new clients come to us on a recommendation from earlier ones.

Nothing. The proposal is free and you are not obliged to book. You pay only for the services you confirm.
By bank transfer, by card or in cryptocurrency, against an invoice from TravoBerg OÜ. We can invoice the company or each traveller separately. Flights and hotels are normally paid in full at booking, because that is what holds the price.
Yes. Flights, hotels, transfers and every other service can be booked on their own, each with its own price. For hotel-only stays, the hotel club in Telegram is the fastest route.
Tell us as soon as you know. What can be changed depends on the airline and hotel rules, and those rules are written in the proposal before you pay.
English, Estonian and Russian. Documents can be issued in more than one language at once.
